Requirements

Strong hands-on maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
Experience with electrical systems, controls, and automation
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting
Experience with CMMS systems
A proactive mindset with leadership potential

Nice To Haves

Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
Identify future equipment needs and recommend capital improvements
Drive machine efficiency, uptime, and output improvements
Troubleshoot and repair: Electrical systems up to 480V Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Extrusion equipment and PLCs
Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs
Utilize and help optimize CMMS systems
Support fabrication and repair work (MIG/TIG welding preferred)
