About The Position
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the mechanical and electrical systems across the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

- 10+ years of experience leading teams and managing day‑to-day operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Replacing electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors
- Rewiring motors and replacing motor bearings
- Troubleshooting and replacing electronic components
- Reading, interpreting, and working from electrical schematics and prints
- Performing basic wiring and PLC troubleshooting
- Testing malfunctioning machinery and collaborating with other maintenance personnel to resolve issues
- Leading by example in enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Actively promoting a safety‑first culture
- Maintaining accurate repair and preventive maintenance documentation
- Supporting plant operations during off-hours, as needed
