Position Overview: Responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all employees and visitors. Responsible for ensuring the production of an excellent grade of food product. Performs tasks in repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, operating manuals and manufacturers specifications. Maintains inventory of parts and supplies and manages accordingly .
