About The Position

This position maintains equipment, as well as, the facilities in the support of continuous operation while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-3 years' related experience required, 3-5 years preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing/production environment
• Minimum of two (2) years of electrical experience in a manufacturing facility
• Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuits
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics & pneumatics
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Complete preventative maintenance documentation
• Perform safety check of work area and equipment being utilized
• Respond to requests for general repairs to equipment and facilities
• Examine equipment and facilities to determine working condition and necessary maintenance
• Refer to technical manuals in the repair of equipment
• Operate equipment in the execution of assigned duties
• Perform electrical work as permitted per nationally recognized safety guidelines
