About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of facility equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting issues, and continuously developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
2–3+ years of hands-on maintenance or technical experience preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
Willingness to learn and grow technical skillsets

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
Complete preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on schedule
Assist with installation, modification, and removal of equipment as needed
Develop and apply skills across mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems
Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed tasks
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members, engineering, and operations to support production goals
Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
Support additional maintenance and operational tasks as assigned
