Maintenance Technician
About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. Your day-to-day will include: ✅ General Maintenance – Handle repairs and upkeep in apartments and common areas ✅ Unit Turnover Prep – Drywall repair, painting, caulking, and carpet care ✅ Groundskeeping – Light landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal weather response (snow/ice removal) ✅ Emergency Response – Be on call to address urgent maintenance needs ✅ Customer Service – Interact with residents professionally and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year in general maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple trades
- Work Style: Independent yet team-oriented, with excellent time management
- Tools: Must provide your own hand tools
- Personality: Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
- Flexibility: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all conditions
