Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5yrs+ prior maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
  • HVAC experience required
  • EPA Type II or Universal certification
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
  • Ability to respond to after-hours calls
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
