JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing basic to intermediate maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure with minimal supervision. This role includes scheduled and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility support to ensure operational efficiency and workplace safety. Requirements

Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.

Nice To Haves

Experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving vehicle maintenance.
Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and power tools.
Intermediate ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems on various manufacturing equipment including CNC equipment.
Must be capable of reading and understanding electrical schematics and diagrams.
Basic working knowledge of programmable ladder logic (PLC).
Electrician skills including correct wiring practices, 3 phase electric power, replacement of electrical components including push buttons, breakers, motor starters and field sensors.
Proficient with electrical test and diagnostic equipment (volt meters, ammeter, AC drives).
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as Manager Plus, MaintainX, eMaint, Flix, Limble.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Maintain and repair machinery such as CNC and manual machine tools, forklifts, AGVs, paint systems, robots, welders, and compressed air systems.
Service facility systems including HVAC, lighting, sprinkler systems, plumbing, and office fixtures.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Record materials used and requisition parts using electronic devices (iPad, iPhone, laptops).
Assist with relocating and organizing production and office spaces.
Support special projects directed by Maintenance or Plant Leadership.
Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with 6S standards.
Assist contractors and coordinate materials logistics, including pick-up and delivery.
Ensure regular, reliable attendance.
