About The Position

Close the Loop is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined , enjoys working with their hands, and wants to grow in maintenance—even without extensive formal experience.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude (required)
• 1+ year of maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, or related experience preferred
• Basic troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions or diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing

Nice To Haves

• Experience with conveyors, shredders, or industrial equipment
• PLC troubleshooting
• Welding or fabrication

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and basic corrective maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs
• Replace parts and support equipment upkeep
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Read and follow manuals, diagrams, and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
