About The Position

As a Service Technician, you will help maintain this beautiful apartment community with 201 units. Requirements

2-3 years of recent hands-on experience in building maintenance.
Skills in HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry and electrical.
EPA required, CPO preferred.
Resourceful problem solver. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in the emergency on-call rotation
Vehicle, driver's license, tools

CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
Attention to detail with grounds work and property curb appeal.
Assist with grounds, trash removal and pool maintenance on a daily basis.
Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
