About The Position
Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Crosswinds apartment community located in Warner Robins, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
