Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to identify solutions.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality in all tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing facility maintenance and report on equipment, including machinery, buildings, and structures.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems (heating and cooling, water) in strict accordance with safety standards.
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, pipe, and electrical systems across the facility.
  • Apply various hand tools, power tools, and equipment to ensure flawless operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to successfully implement maintenance projects and adapt to frequent changes or unexpected challenges.
