We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping complex production equipment running at peak performance.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical (up to 480v three-phase), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
Experience with PLC inputs/outputs, magnetic starters, relays, solenoids, and motor controls
Comfort operating mills, lathes, drill presses, band saws, etc.
Ability to obtain forklift, lift, and crane certifications

Nice To Haves

Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and support production targets
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams
Dismantle defective equipment and install repaired or new components
Operate machine tools (mills, lathes, saws) to fabricate or repair parts
Perform basic welding (MIG, TIG, arc, gas) as needed
Take voltage, amperage, OHM, pressure, and flow readings to diagnose issues
Maintain clean and organized workspaces between tasks
You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with engineers, senior technicians, and production teams.
