We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lancaster House North Apartments. Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Snow removal duties.
• Customer service.
