About The Position

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN! Status: Full-Time, Part-Time Schedule: Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts MBH is scheduled to open in June 2026, and we are building our team in preparation. Qualified candidates may be contacted as we begin scheduling interviews and planning onboarding timelines. Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will support the day-to-day operations of the hospital by maintaining the physical plant, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to facility needs with efficiency and care. Working under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations, you will contribute to a well-maintained environment that directly supports patient safety, regulatory compliance, and overall hospital operations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred
Experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field is required
