I Maintenance Technician NW Indiana manufacturing company has an immediate opening for an electrical and mechanical maintenance technician with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for, but not limited to, electrical and mechanical machine and machine component repair, troubleshooting or rearrangement of new or existing equipment/systems. Individuals must be dependable, hardworking, self-motivated and willing to work overtime as required. Salary commensurate with experience and training. Shift hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with various voltages; 5-24VDC,120/208/240VAC, 277VAC and 480VAC
Experience with mechanics including hydraulics, pneumatics and power transmissions
Flexible and open minded
Able to work within a team environment, as well as individually
Ability to lift 50lbs
Able to work overtime as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Understanding of electrical schematics, diagrams and print reading
