About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training typically lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training and company-paid EPA & CPO certifications. Pay increases are provided at each training level, with a final increase upon permanent hire into a Maintenance Technician role.
