About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program is ideal for dependable individuals who are eager to learn and enjoy hands-on work. Participants will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and a clear career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role. The training program typically spans 3 to 6 months, during which trainees progress through Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, receiving a $1/hour raise at each level. Upon successful completion and permanent placement, a full range of benefits will be provided.
