Maintenance Technician/Resort Attendant (dual role)
About The Position
Maintenance Technician (3 days a week) - Works in conjunction with the Skilled Trade Mechanics, responsible for the assisting in the execution of scheduled preventative and emergency maintenance repairs throughout the resort, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting and Outside Grounds work as assigned and/or directed. Resort Attendant (2 days a week): Responsible for the ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all public/common guest and employee areas throughout the resort including but not limited to: restrooms, lobby, elevators and hallways and outdoor resort common spaces.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently.
- Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties.
- Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction.
- Must read, write and speak English.
- Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed is required.
