Effectively support the PM program while keeping downtime to a minimum. Perform preventative and repair maintenance on production equipment, heating and cooling systems, ingredient handling systems and plumbing systems. Start machines and equipment to test operation flowing repair. Record preventative maintenance tasks and work orders in a timely manner. Complete work orders and respond to maintenance calls on the production floor in a timely manner to prevent downtime. Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul production equipment. Install and maintain electrical equipment/controls, circuits and PLC. Troubleshoot and identify worn parts and rebuild machine assemblies, pumps, meters, valves, valve actuators and other equipment. Safe handling and use of various chemicals with strict adherence to hazardous communication and requirements.

Requirements

• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.
