Looking for steady, year-round work in a clean, residential setting? Join Ginger Cove and skip the job sites, travel, and unpredictable schedules. We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to handle apartment turns, painting, drywall and general repairs in our well-maintained community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License
- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment
- General maintenance skills including drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or building maintenance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Genuine respect and compassion when interacting with older adults
Responsibilities
- Paint and prep apartments for new residents (drywall patching, finishing, touch-ups)
- Complete routine maintenance work orders
- Handle repairs (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Keep common areas and resident spaces in great condition
