Key Responsibilities: Equipment Troubleshooting and Repair: Efficiently diagnose and rectify equipment issues, particularly automated machines experiencing downtime, to minimize operational interruptions. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as outlined in maintenance plans and CMMS, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Corrective Maintenance: Complete related corrective maintenance jobs during shift hours, promptly addressing unforeseen equipment and automation failures. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records, document all maintenance activities, and create maintenance documents while reporting any issues or abnormalities found during patrols. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) policies, ensuring that maintenance jobs are completed under safe conditions. Patrols: Conduct routine patrols within the manufacturing facility, observing operations for abnormalities and resolving issues proactively to prevent downtime. Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Utilize and maintain all tools and equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring they are properly cared for and stored. Proficient use of hand tools is essential, as building and testing of designs may be required. Computer-Based Control Systems: Access computer-based controls via Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively Collaboration: Work closely within a team atmosphere, communicating effectively with colleagues to accomplish operational goals and enhance overall performance Flexibility: Exhibit adaptability in shift scheduling, demonstrating readiness to work various shifts to support maintenance operations.
