About The Position
Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II for Foothills Apartments. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude. Monday through Friday 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
- Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
- Complete apartment turns.
- Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
