About The Position
As our new Maintenance Technician I, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and coachable attitude
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
- Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn
- Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo
- Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw
- Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Organize and maintain the tool crib
- Participate in safety and 5S activities
- Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks
- Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols
- Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency
