About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to use standard and specialized hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Experience troubleshooting overhead cranes (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and testing tools
- Read and follow work orders to identify issues and complete repairs
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Participate in daily shift meetings and prioritize repair activities
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with additional duties as required
