Your day-to-day will involve conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and assisting with any repairs or installations needed. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience of solid grasp of basic maintenance operations and tools
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
