Maintenance Tech
About The Position
The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician for our branch in Waco, TX. Under the direction of the Facility Director, the Maintenance Technician will work with the general maintenance team of the YMCA of Central Texas. Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain supplies and equipment Assist with building and repair projects Submit recommendations to the maintenance team for painting, repairs, and furnishings Ensure cleanliness of facility and parking lot Identify needed repairs/prioritize tasks Assist in field maintenance as needed About Us: We are a not-for-profit services Association focusing on mission driven initiatives, with a vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities throughout 7 Texas Counties. Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check and sex offender registry check
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects preferred
