About The Position
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Technical training and certification preferred
- Completion of Mechatronics Certification or equivalent with the following milestones:
- OSHA 30 general industry 30 hour card
- Automation
- Robotics
- Minimum of 24 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 2 position.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
- PLC basic programming and troubleshooting.
- Training of other technicians at this level or below.
- Robotics programming and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repair of advanced electronics.
- Troubleshooting of PLC and basic programming.
- Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures.
- Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 75%.
