THE BAYSHORE is recruiting for a hospitality focused PRN Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment functions throughout the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 2+ years experience in hotel, apartment or senior living maintenance
• Electrical / HVAC experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Trade School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks as outlined by our work order system or direct assignment from Director of Plant Operations
