Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience with troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems.
Proven experience with troubleshooting PLC, ladder logic, VFDs.
Basic welding skills.
Proven ability to read and interpret hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws.
Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
Read and understand all work and safety instructions relevant to their specific position.
Use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical troubleshooting and read electrical diagrams and symbols.
Read and interpret hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws.
Read and interpret PLC programs.
Troubleshoot problems in PLC hardware and software.
Perform jobs with knowledge of AC & DC drives.
Provides routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear, Rex Roth, Racine, Vickers, etc.
Identify stored energy and performs all Lockout/Tag-out procedures according to company policy.
Observe mechanical devices such as presses and draw benches in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
