About The Position

We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for multiple locations. Responsibilities include service calls, preventive maintenance . We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated. Strong candidates should have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, equipment repair. Some on-call work may be required. This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees. Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
