Requirements

  • Technical training or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, repair work, or a similar role, ideally in a healthcare or residential setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot various systems ad issues independently.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks as needed.
  • Professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections of the facility's systems.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
  • Performing regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance Director to prioritize and schedule larger maintenance projects.
  • Assisting with setting up and breakdown for special events and activities
