About The Position

As a Prime Car Wash Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance of the wash facility, tunnel and equipment room. Oversee and repair all facility needs at our (6) central Indianapolis locations. This position requires an individual that is self-motivated, able to manage time, proficient at multi-tasking, and pays great attention to detail and safety.

Requirements

Basic hand tools storage, care, identification and tool control
Basics knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools
Ability to read blue print
Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs
Will work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep car wash is good working order
Will keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
Self-motivated
Able to manage time
Proficient at multi-tasking
Pays great attention to detail and safety

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance
Perform routine maintenance of the wash facility, tunnel and equipment room
Oversee and repair all facility needs at our (6) central Indianapolis locations
Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues
Fix all issues to keep car wash is good working order
Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues
Will be required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
Manage monthly maintenance expense report
Will keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
Additional duties may be assigned and required after proper training.
