The Maintenance Tech Support Coordinator provides tooling and material support to Excellerate facilities. The ideal candidate is skilled in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of tool inventory and preventive maintenance programs preferred.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience
  • Travel: 0-10% based on company need
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.
  • Skilled in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to drive company vehicles as qualified and required by the FTI Fleet team. MVR required.
  • Able to operate Forklift, scissors lift, mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack, following all safety policies.

  • An understanding of tool inventory and preventive maintenance programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Maintains and tracks tool inventory for Excellerate and Faith tools.
  • Works with manufacturing floor team members to coordinate tool repair and replacements.
  • Be the main contact for tool issues and concerns.
  • Maintain all calibrated tools.
  • Set up calibrations and track tool location.
  • Maintain tool records; Inventory, log, cleaning.
  • Work with Tool Watch to track tools and to maintain and set up preventive maintenance programs for tools/equipment.
  • Assist with shipping/scheduling/purchasing of tools, including, deliveries and pick-ups with the Faith Tooling and Excellerate facilities.
  • Able to drive company vehicles as qualified and required by the FTI Fleet team. MVR required.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Able to operate Forklift, scissors lift, mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack, following all safety policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and 5s principles.
  • Coordinates with Buildings and Grounds on facility repairs and service calls.
  • Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
