About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician/Painter to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining and repairing apartment community systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for all residents. What You’ll Do: Efficiently paint vacated units to restore a "standardized appearance" for new residents. This includes walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance. Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained in good condition. Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and maintaining curb appeal. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. ​​​​​​​Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and spend long hours bending or kneeling. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Painter, maintenance tech Previous multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
