Requirements

Previous painting or maintenance experience required.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices.

Responsibilities

Perform painting, patching, and finishing work on walls, doors, and other surfaces.
Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
Support project work and improvements throughout the building and grounds.
Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
