What You’ll Do as an LVMG Maintenance Technician: Work on a beautiful campus with new buildings. ​​​​​​Be self-sufficient with the ability to create one’s own work to effectively reduce resident work order requests. Assist in the planning and performing of such duties as needed for a safe and functional operational maintenance program in the following areas: Perform electrical, plumbing, water, air, steam, and/or other production equipment tasks Troubleshoot and maintenance of building utilities Perform HVAC tasks Operate automated control systems Install, maintain, and repair series and multiple lighting systems Ensure all equipment and functions comply with safety requirements Assist in general facilities upkeep, Grounds Care: Clean-up of parking lots, access roads, snow removal, etc. What You’ll Get as a Maintenance Technician at LVMG: A strong total compensation package including: Competitive wages Health, dental and vision insurance Paid short- and long-term disability and life insurance Generous contributions to a 403(b)-retirement plan Paid Time Off Paid professional development Scholarship opportunities An even stronger culture of caring, collaboration and support! Requirements

  • Experience in facility maintenance
  • Ability to read and understand As-built drawings and Submittals
  • Heating, ventilation, air conditioning
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Maintenance of equipment and vehicles
  • Ability to teach and train other technicians in an area of expertise.

Responsibilities
