About The Position
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to work PRN as needed! We are looking for nurses with a flexible schedule and who are available to work weekends now and then. Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility or more is required
- Must hold a current certification and RN/LPN license
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residents
- A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must be willing to receive annual Influenza vaccination
Responsibilities
- Supervise the GNA's, CMA's and CMT's
- Perform resident assessments using your assessment skills
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Administering medications and treatment as ordered
- Communicate with staff, physicians and family regarding any changes in care
- Ensure the safety of our senior residents and staff
