Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in plant instrumentation, electrical systems, and controls troubleshooting and repair.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree with a focus on Industrial Maintenance preferred, not required.
  • Forklift certification and OSHA training are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first responder to equipment issues, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems, including sensors, motors, relays, valves, pumps, and power supplies.
  • Interpret and apply detailed technical documentation and schematics.
  • Proactively generate work orders based on PM findings and equipment observations.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
  • Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness.
  • Uphold 5S standards and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
