Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in plant instrumentation, electrical systems, and controls troubleshooting and repair.
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree with a focus on Industrial Maintenance preferred, not required.
Forklift certification and OSHA training are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a first responder to equipment issues, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Integrate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems, including sensors, motors, relays, valves, pumps, and power supplies.
Interpret and apply detailed technical documentation and schematics.
Proactively generate work orders based on PM findings and equipment observations.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness.
Uphold 5S standards and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
