About The Position

We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems throughout the facility. This role will diagnose equipment issues, replace or rebuild components, and ensure machines are running at optimal performance to minimize downtime. The position requires strong technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment while upholding safety and quality standards. Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 5pm - 3am

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or trade training preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Strong mechanical skills with experience in pneumatic systems; hydraulic and electrical experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other industrial equipment (or ability to become certified).
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, basic drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to respond to production needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to support production and project needs.
  • High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or trade school preferred.
  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and reliability‑centered maintenance.
  • Experience working with manufacturing equipment such as roll formers, presses, conveyors, or automated machinery preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to support production and project needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance technology, Building Maintenance, or related technical field experience.
  • Technical certification in HVAC, OSHA, PLC

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues within a manufacturing production environment.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production machinery.
  • Install, repair, and adjust equipment and components to maintain proper operation.
  • Support production line setup, changeovers, and startups as required.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent performance.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or potential failure and take corrective action.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
  • Provide hands-on support to mechanics in fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, pipefitting, and machining activities.
  • Assist with general facility and equipment maintenance projects as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts during unplanned downtime events.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout and other required safety procedures.
  • Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, equipment risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Operate forklifts, lifts, carts, and other material-handling equipment as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs.
