About The Position
General Summary: Experienced Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment in the production lab.
Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance on equipment, maintaining PM checklists
- Handling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production down time
- Servicing CNC Edgers and Generators: cleaning, performing routine tasks, changing or fixing parts and recalibrating
- Maintaining Edgers and Blockers: keep filters and components clean, change cutters, checks for prism and axis
- Servicing other equipment and systems in the lab
- Follow all safety rules, "Lock out / Tag out" procedures and utilize PPE if required
- Guides junior technicians in maintenance department duties and other tasks as assigned
