About The Position

Under general supervision of the Maintenance Project Manager, responsible for general maintenance repairs, related PM’s in a complex building campus. May include tasks such as finish & trim, flooring and ceiling repairs, minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing repairs, minor mechanical maintenance and other tasks related to building condition. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.

Nice To Haves

• Trade school or on the job training with a recognized service organization to include any of the following\: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Boiler, Steam and Central Plan Operations or 3 years’ experience in Healthcare Maintenance is preferred.
