To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com | LinkedIn | YouTube Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: Reports to maintenance manager and is responsible to create a robust PM program with the use of MaintainX in an effort to increase reliability of assets across the facility. In addition, this person will also have the technical ability to work on tasks/projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. This person will have the ability to train other technicians on the completion of task created if necessary in an effort to reach 95% PM completion rates. Must comply with all safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping standards. Responsible for improving work force reliability, scrap, quality and productivity of production equipment along with extended life of facility infrastructure such as air compressors, chillers, pumps, plumbing and air conditioning. This person will work toward eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. This position is the liaison between operations and maintenance ensuring planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plannable maintenance work performed within the facility. The EMT1-P is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters in conjunction with ISO/SQF requirements. All outside vendor scheduling and work will flow through the planner. Purchasing will also be a portion of this role.
