About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Replace light fixtures, filters, hardware, and fixtures as needed
• Perform basic grounds-keeping (trash removal, minor landscaping, snow removal if applicable)
• Report major repair needs to management
• Follow all safety and company procedures
