About The Position

The Maintenance Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Trainer in developing and delivering technical training that ensures maintenance team members can properly maintain, repair, and restore equipment to operational and sanitary-ready condition.

Requirements

  • Technical/trade school preferred
  • 3–5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude: o Drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, pneumatics
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems (preferred)
  • Ability to: o Train hands-on technical skills o Standardize and simplify complex procedures o Coach and develop maintenance personnel
  • Reinforce Safety as a Condition in all maintenance activities

Responsibilities

  • Support the Maintenance Training Superintendent in: Implementing structured maintenance training programs within Dupont Training Program
  • Delivering hands-on technical training across all maintenance personnel
  • Train on: Mechanical systems (conveyors, drives, gearboxes, pneumatics)
  • Electrical fundamentals (as applicable)
  • Equipment-specific procedures (e.g., baggers, fryers, ovens, conveyors)
  • Maintain: Training records and certification tracking
  • Visual training aids
  • Equipment-specific guides
