SUMMARY OF JOB Supports the Maintenance and Facilities teams by performing light maintenance, cleaning, and general facility upkeep. Ensures a safe, clean, and organized work environment while assisting with basic material handling and support tasks.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic familiarity with hand tools and safe lifting practices.
Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

Prior industrial or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, storage rooms, and maintenance cages.
Move and stage tools, parts, and materials safely.
Perform simple upkeep tasks such as replacing lights, painting, or removing old equipment.
Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Support maintenance and inventory teams with general labor as needed.
Assist with janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal oversight.
Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
Other duties as assigned.
