About The Position

Position Purpose: Provide maintenance supervision, support and analysis to
assist Leadec in maintaining & improving facilities and equipment to achieve
TEVC TN objectives.

Requirements

• Reliability of equipment up-time.
• Perform quick analysis and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.
• Work from mechanical drawings, sketches, manuals, specifications, written or oral instructions.
• Strong industrial mechanical, plumbing and pneumatic trouble shooting skills.
• Strong leadership ability with time management and prioritization skills.
• Troubleshoot basic to complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Must show ability to get to the root cause and make and implement recommendations to improve reliability.
• Actively participates in team meetings.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to pass Maintenance based aptitude testing.
• 5+ years of work experience in supervision.
• Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

• All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
