About The Position

We’re a fast-growing commercial maintenance and exterior services company serving the DC–Maryland–Virginia region. Our clients include large multifamily portfolios, data centers, and commercial partners who expect professionalism, safety, and precision. We are looking for a strong field leader — not someone who stands back and watches, but someone who sets the standard by doing. This is a Working Supervisor role: ~70% hands-on in the field ~30% leadership, coordination, and client communication (Varies by project) If you want real responsibility, visible impact, and a clear growth path — keep reading.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in building maintenance, restoration, HVAC, exterior cleaning, or related trades
  • Prior crew lead or supervisory experience
  • Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in outdoor environments
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record

Nice To Haves

  • Small drywall repair (dryer wall cut-outs)
  • Experience with Yardi, RealPage, OpsTechnology
  • Familiarity with documentation/photo reporting systems

  • Safety & Preventive Maintenance
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • Fireplace cleaning
  • Smoke detector inspections
  • HVAC coil & drain line cleaning
  • Exterior & Restoration Services
  • Soft-wash building cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning
  • TPO roof cleaning
  • Run daily field huddles and assign scope
  • Ensure productivity, safety, and quality control
  • Serve as the onsite client contact
  • Provide clear progress updates and close-out walkthroughs
  • Capture before/after documentation
  • Identify risks early and problem-solve in real time
  • Coach technicians and develop bench strength
  • Enforce OSHA fundamentals (ladders, lifts, fall protection)
