Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff across multiple shifts. · Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols in accordance with regulatory standards. · Monitor performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for staff. · Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and sanitation regulations. · Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment. · Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. · Collaborate with other departments to address service needs and resolve issues. · Maintain accurate records of staffing, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions. · Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives. · Support onboarding and orientation of new employees. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in environmental services or healthcare housekeeping. · Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. · Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software. Working Conditions: · Fast-paced healthcare environment. · May require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. · Exposure to cleaning chemicals and biohazards with appropriate PPE provided. Requirements
