About The Position

M2P Site Supervisor BHS Corrugated North America Site-Based Role At BHS Corrugated, our Maintenance-to-Productivity (M2P) program is built on experienced technicians doing the work that keeps production running. We’re looking for a Working M2P Supervisor — someone who stays involved in the work, tackles issues as they happen, and leads through experience and technical ability. This role is for someone who prefers being on the floor, working alongside the team, and taking ownership of the operation — not managing from behind a desk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments

Nice To Haves

• Corrugated industry experience
• PLC Experience
• Experience in a customer-facing or service environment

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on corrugating equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues alongside the team
• Lead daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on production needs
• Support and develop M2P Technicians on-site
• Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule
• Maintain strong communication with customer and internal teams
• Promote and enforce safety and quality standards
